Your selected media and files stay on your device. Receipt cleanup, scan effects, audio recording, and location-file creation happen in your browser. The seven tools do not upload those files to BuckSimple.

Apple Files and iCloud Drive

BuckSimple does not sign in to, read, or write directly to your iCloud Drive. When your browser supports file sharing, the tool gives the prepared file to the system Share sheet. You decide whether to choose Save to Files, iCloud Drive, another location, or cancel.

Location and microphone

Location and microphone access begin only after you press the matching button and approve the browser permission. Location becomes a text file in browser memory. An audio recording becomes a local media file. Neither is automatically sent anywhere.

App ideas

If you send an app idea, the email address and message you enter go to the BuckSimple idea service at receipt.bucksimple.com so Rob can read and reply. A verified Dropbox email may fill the address for convenience. Idea records may be kept for up to 180 days.
